Hansell Tierney is looking for a career-minded individual with an accounting, administration and marketing background who is looking for a long-term, growth opportunity. Are you extremely organized, detail oriented and a quick learner?  Join our growing staffing firm and perform a key function, running our office operations.  We will teach you everything you need to know about the staffing industry.
 
The Operations/Office Manager is responsible for all office activities and operations in support of the Owners, Recruiters, Account Managers and Consultants in the field.  Responsibilities will include accounting functions such as; payroll, invoicing, financial reporting and analysis; some HR functions such as new employee on-boarding and benefits analysis; also marketing support, social media, purchasing, event planning, presentations and RFP creation. Accountability, curiosity and self-discipline are a must!
 
What you will do
  • Payroll, invoicing and accounts payable
  • Commission calculations and reporting
  • Organize, streamline and document business processes
  • Purchasing
  • Benefits and insurance research
  • Marketing and brand standards
  • Website refresh
  • RFP and proposal creation
  • Social media calendar
Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience with financials, payroll, AP/AR
  • Office management experience
  • Marketing and social media background
  • Experience establishing work-flows, processes and systems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with basic HR concepts
  • Demonstrated writing skills
