Location -  Kent, WA 

We are looking for a proactive Help Desk Support II for our client in Kent, WA. This is a new position that will support internal customers (employees), while mentoring a Help Desk I team of two. 

  • Experience supporting Office 365, Virtualization, SaaS
  • Proven experience in a Tier II Help Desk role
  • Ability to mentor and lead more junior Help Desk professionals 
  • Flexible attitude and open-minded to new technologies
  • Great customer service skills
  • Nice to have: VoIP, Cloud VoIP, SD WAN
