Our CLIENT is experiencing explosive growth and is in search of an exceptional senior level Recruiter to assist with the Talent Acquisition process from end to end. This role will be responsible for recruitment of both technical and non-technical positions, building brand awareness, engaging in university outreach, creating a sourcing pipeline and creating an exceptional candidate experience!  Building upon a culture of inclusion, empowerment, collaboration and innovation, this role will design and implement innovative acquisition strategies that align to our organizational growth strategy and commitment to hiring, developing and retaining the top talent in the industry.

What You’ll Do
  • Build strong partnerships across various functions with hiring managers, executives and the HR team
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative strategies to recruit top talent
  • Manage recruiting vendor relationships and utilization
  • Create brand awareness; leverage social media and community outreach opportunities
  • Attend job fairs, conventions and industry specific conferences as necessary
  • Source and build candidate pipelines for technical and non-technical positions, corporate – junior to C-level positions
  • Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates while maintaining long-term relationships with them
  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions
  • Interview and screen candidates to determine skill sets, career goals and cultural fit
  • Drive achievement of the recruitment targets, including time to fill and quality of hire
  • Act as a coach to hiring managers and team members on state of the art recruiting strategies and practices
  • Drive development and continuous improvement on recruitment initiatives
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 8 plus years of full life cycle recruiting experience at a technology company and/or corporate environment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience sourcing, identifying, attracting, and securing talent through traditional and/or passive (creative) recruiting methods
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and/or client relationships
  • Quick learner, who can jump in and immediately contribute
  • Experience with creating candidate pipelines and a proven track record of hiring success
  • Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and ability to work well in a rapidly changing environment
  • Understand candidate needs and successfully close candidates
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
  • Knowledge & experience ensuring compliance with federal, state, & local laws or regulatory agency requirements
  • Experience managing ongoing vendor relationships
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
